It’s the worry about a fall in a slippery bathroom, the embarrassment when someone drops in, and the exhaustion of an ongoing job you can’t finish. We take that off your plate, quietly and respectfully, so your home stays somewhere you feel comfortable and safe.

NDIS Participants

Regular domestic assistance for participants living independently or with family. We work with self managed and plan managed participants, and coordinate with your support coordinator or plan manager on invoicing if that’s easier for you.

Older Australians at Home

Practical household help for seniors who want to stay in their own home. Whether it’s a fortnightly tidy or weekly support with the heavier jobs, we work at your pace and to your standards.

Families Arranging Care

Many of our clients are booked by an adult child living in another suburb or interstate. We keep you updated, work to what your parent is comfortable with, and never make them feel managed.

What Our Domestic Assistance Covers

We build the visit around what you actually need help with, not a fixed template. Common tasks include:

Kitchen
Benchtops, splashbacks and surfaces wiped. Stovetop and appliance exteriors cleaned. Sink and taps sanitised. Cupboard fronts wiped. Dishes washed or dishwasher loaded and unloaded. Bins emptied and relined. Floors swept and mopped.

Bathroom and Toilet
Toilet cleaned and disinfected. Shower, screen and tiles scrubbed to reduce slip risk and mould. Basin, vanity and taps sanitised. Mirrors wiped. Grab rails and handles cleaned. Floors mopped and dried properly rather than left wet.

Bedrooms and Living Areas
Surfaces and shelves dusted. Beds made and linen changed. Floors vacuumed and mopped. Clutter tidied to keep walkways clear. Bins emptied. Furniture wiped down.

Laundry
Washing put on, hung out or dried, folded and put away. Trough and machine wiped down. Ironing on request.

Around the Home
Cobwebs removed. Light switches and door handles sanitised. Rubbish and recycling taken to the kerb on bin night. Fridge cleared of expired food on request.

Also available: carpet steam cleaning, spring cleans, oven cleaning, window cleaning and pressure washing of paths and driveways where mould or moss is a slip hazard.

What we don’t do: we provide domestic assistance only. We don’t deliver personal care, medication support, clinical care or manual handling. If you need those, we’re happy to point you toward providers who do.

Using Your NDIS Funding

Domestic assistance and household tasks generally sit under Core Supports in an NDIS plan. Whether cleaning is covered depends on your individual plan and goals, so the best step is to check with your plan manager or support coordinator, and we’re happy to speak with them directly.

We work with self managed participants, who pay us and claim it back, and plan managed participants, where we invoice the plan manager on your behalf. We are not an NDIS registered provider, which means agency managed participants can’t use us. If you’re unsure which category you fall into, call us and we’ll help you work it out without any pressure to book.

For aged care, we’re a private service. If you’re receiving a Home Care Package, check with your provider about how they handle external services.
